This paper presents a new robust adaptive control scheme to solve the
regulation problem of large-scale systems. We consider linear large-sc
ale systems which can be decomposed into single-input single-output in
terconnected subsystems, with unknown and/or slowly time-varying param
eters, and described by discrete state-space models. We propose a dece
ntralized and partially decentralized regulators on the basis of the s
tate-feedback approach. Sufficient conditions, under which the overall
system can be asymptotically regulated, are established by utilizing
the Lyapunov function. The performance of the developed results is eva
luated by numerical simulation.
