Abstract
Four children with cor triatriatum underwent intraoperative transesoph ageal echocardiography, Two patients had cor triatriatum alone and two had associated complex congenital heart disease. Transesophageal echo cardiography provided optimal imaging of these defects and provided un ique information that facilitated surgical management in these childre n.
