Abstract
Volatile hexafluoroacetylacetonates of formula Ba[Er(HFA)(4)](2), Ba[M n(HFA)(3)](2), Ba[Co(HFA)(3)](2), and Ba[Ni(HFA)(3)](2), where HFA = C F3COCHCOCF3-, are synthesized for the first time. The complexes are ch aracterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy.
