Abstract
The syntheses of five or six membered germa heterocycles are described by two different methods. These derivatives were characterized by H-1 and C-13 NMR and mass spectrometry. Their thermal decomposition was s tudied. These germa-heterocycle structures are, according to their siz e, precursors of germylenes or germanones. An original synthesis of di alkyl or diaryl germaoxalates is also described. These derivatives are good precursors of dialkyl(aryl)germylenes.
