Abstract
We have performed in situ bioindication of the phytotoxic and genotoxi c environmental effects in the surroundings of a dump of nickel plant in Sered. Out of the twenty studied species we have confirmed a signif icantly increased frequency of abortion of the pollen grains in six sp ecies. The expected genotoxic effects in the species Typha latifolia w ere not proven by the tetrade analysis.
