Abstract
A new Monte Carlo method of direct simulation of the stationary electr on distribution function (EDF) in electron-beam plasmas is developed. The EDF is calculated for argon and molecular nitrogen. The results of Monte Carlo EDF simulation are shown to agree well with those obtaine d by solving the Boltzmann equation.
