Abstract
This paper is a continuation of studies of fuzzy simulators of intelli gent industrial automatic control systems the first part of which was published in 1992 [12]. A retrospective analysis of the corresponding simulators is presented. principles for the organization of structures of intelligent control systems are developed and evaluated at the phy sical and information levels. Concepts related to the intelligence of control systems are introduced. A detailed analysis and evaluation of these principles for the development of intelligent systems are presen ted.
