Abstract
A new model for the behaviour of chemicals in soil is described. Becau se of the integration of a cascade model for the simulation of water m ovement the determination of typical monthly rates of decomposition du e to soil temperature an iterative solution of convective-dispersive s olute transport equation and the possibility to consider the spatial v ariability of pore water velocity the model is proper for long term si mulations.
