Abstract
This work is aimed at the study of the interaction between gp120 prote in (HIV-1) and peptides, which are similar to CD4 protein receptors fr om T4 lymphocytes. The preliminary results demonstrated that peptide s tructural information could be obtained from fluorescent EXAFS.
