He-3 atoms dissolved in superfluid He-4 may form dimers (He-3)(2) in t
wo-dimensional (2D) geometries. We study dimer foundation in films of
dilute He-3-He-4 mixture. After designing a schematic He-3-He-4 intera
ction potential we calculate the dimer binding energy for various subs
trates. It is shown that He-3 impurity states localized near the subst
rate give vise to the largest magnitudes of the binding energies.
