Abstract
A test stand for measuring the radio characteristics of radar-transpar ent sheath materials is briefly described. The results obtained using it to make measurements on a sheath material, fragments of which have the shape of a circular half-cylinder, in the 2.8-5.6 GHz frequency ba nd, as well as the dependence of the transmittance on the precipitatio n intensity at a frequency of 4.1 GHz are presented.
