Abstract
New triazolo- and tetrazolo-pyrimidobenzodiazepines were synthesized a nd screened as anti-HIV, anticancer and immunosuppressive agents. Some of the compounds showed immunosuppressive activity, similar to or str onger than that of cyclosporine A.
