Abstract
Established methods of detection and determination of urine derivative s and creatinine in bovine urine is hampered by the presence of hippur ic acid, especially if large quantities of samples is processed. This work presents a method of sorting out hippuric acid before determining the presence of these substances. The recovery over the preparative s teps was settled to 88%.
