Abstract
Clinical abnormalities of the lymphatic channels of the conjunctiva ar e quite uncommon. A few cases of hemorrhagic lymphangiectasis of the c onjunctiva have been reported.(1-3) Hemorrhage into the conjunctival l ymphatics can be seen spontaneously after mild trauma or with eyelid/p arotid gland vascular/lymphatic abnormalities.(4-6) A case of lymphang iectasia of the bulbar conjunctiva without any spontaneous hemorrhage or any other pathology is described.
