Abstract
Let A be a completely distributive CSL algebra and let M be any sigma- weakly closed A-module. We give characterizations of commutant C(A, M) of A modulo M and AlgLatM. Furthermore, we deal with the relations am ong A, C(A, M) and AlgLatM.
