Abstract
The optimum synthesis conditions for unsaturated polyesters derived fr om butadiene monoxide and maleic or phthalic anhydride are found and t heir structure is confirmed. The conditions for cross-linking of these polyesters, namely, poly(vinylethylene phthalates), are selected, inc luding in the case with absence of active monomers. The physicomechani cal properties and chemical resistance of the cured polymers are evalu ated.
