Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to describe a new technological process f or the fabrication of Fabry-Perot multi-electrodes lasers. Only two ma sks are required and we use self-alignement technics and exclusively o ptical photolithography. We will precise the motivation of the differe nt technological choices that have been done and we will present the f irst results of an original use of these components as a microwave mix er.
