Abstract
Quantitative phase results are obtained for fringe projection profilom etry using a procedure known in electronics as phase locked loop (PLL) . These are compared with results obtained using a modified one-step p hase shifting method. Experimental and simulated results presented sho w a close agreement between the methods.
