Abstract
The problem of potential remote consequences of vaccinations still rem ains to be solved. Data on the effects of immunobiological preparation s, including vaccines, employed for preventive mass immunization on ce rtain hereditary structures are reviewed. Many of these preparations a re genotoxic: Prospects for diminishing the genetic risks of vaccinati ons are discussed.
