Abstract
It is demonstrated that genotypes of Aegilops speltoides and the phi1b mutant have an additive effect on the level of homeologous chromosome pairing in their F-1 hybrids (2n = 28, ABDS). The contribution of gen e ph1b to the total pairing levels is 16% and that df the Ae. speltoid es genotype is 42%.
