We report a patient with Sweet's syndrome (acute febrile neutrophilic
dennatosis) revealing an acute myelogenous leukemia. About 10% of swee
t's syndromes are associated with a malignant disease that they can re
veal. Among those, hemopathies are the most frequent, and 42% are myel
ogenous leukemia. These observations emphasize the particular clinical
aspects of the Sweet's syndrome associated with an hemopathy.
