Abstract
We discuss the resistivity, the Hall, the Seebeck and the Nerst effect in the mixed state taking the motion of Abrikosov and Josephson vorti ces into account. Measurements on a Bi(2223) tape point out how the co ntribution of Josephson vortices to the resistivity prevails at low te mperatures while the thermomagnetic effects are, in a first approximat ion, due to the motion of Abrikosov vortices.
