B. Camarota et al., ROLE OF OXYGEN-CONTENT ON DIMENSIONALITY AND PINNING OF EPITAXIAL BSCCO-2212, Nuovo cimento della Societa italiana di fisica. D, Condensed matter, atomic, molecular and chemical physics, biophysics, 16(10-11), 1994, pp. 1947-1951
The effect of the oxygen content on the superconducting properties of
BSCCO-2212 epitaxial films has been investigated by means of magnetic
measurements. The oxygen content was changed by oxidizing and reducing
thermal treatments. With decreasing the oxygen content T-c increases
(T-c = 77 K for annealing in oxygen; T-c = 84 K in air, T-c = 95 K in
argon), but J(c) decreases. Moreover, the results indicate that the po
sition of the irreversibility line and the value of H-3D-2D crossover
field are ruled by the oxygen content through the associated changes i
n the anisotropy factor gamma.
