Abstract
Chaos synchronism is investigated in hyperchaotic systems. Regarding t he possible applications in secure communications, the synchronization of the hyperchaotic systems via only one dynamical variable is demons trated. As an illustration three examples including two hyperchaotic e lectronic circuits and the Rossler hyperchaotic equations are consider ed.
