Abstract
Posttraumatic pseudoaneurysm of the mesenteric vasculature is rare. Th e authors describe the case of a forty-seven-year-old man with a jejun al artery pseudoaneurysm eleven years after a stab wound to the abdome n. The patient underwent exploratory laparotomy and ligation of the ps eudoaneurysm, Late sequelae of missed superior mesenteric artery injur y include superior mesenteric arteriovenous fistula and pseudoaneurysm .
