Abstract
Abnormal high signal in the corticospinal tracts on MRI has been descr ibed in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. We report a case with further h igh signal in fibres of the corpus callosum on proton density and T2-w eighted spin-echo images, closely matching findings of earlier patholo gical reports.
