Abstract
The influence of processes occurring in the oxygen subsystem of YBa2Cu 3O7-delta thin films under gamma-irradiation on the critical temperatu re and on the temperature dependence of film resistance has been inves tigated theoretically. The values of parameters such as the sink stren gth values, the energy barrier for oxygen escape from sinks and the cr oss-section of oxygen-vacancy formation under gamma-irradiation have b een estimated.
