Abstract
Osteoid osteomas ale benign osteoblastic lesions often encountered in the leg, arm, and hand. Osteoid osteomas may be a source of prolonged pain, often due to failure to recognize the tumor. The demographic cha racteristics, clinical signs and symptoms, and radiographic and pathol ogic features should establish the diagnosis.
