Abstract
Treatment of soft-tissue sarcomas of the hand cause the ultimate confr ontation between oncologic outcome and function. The management of han d sarcomas is based on knowledge of the specific biology and location of each tumor. This article reviews the multimodality management of so ft tissue sarcomas of the hand and wrist.
