Abstract
The title compound, [CoI2{(C6H5)(2)(C3H7)OP}(2)] contains a four-coord inate Co atom in a distorted tetrahedral coordination environment. Bon d lengths are: Co-I 2.558 (1) and 2.593 (2) Angstrom, Co-O 1.958 (6) a nd 1.946 (6) Angstrom. Angles at the Co atom are: I-Co-I 117.11 (5), O -Co-O 102.7 (3)degrees.
