Abstract
Kinetics of n-pentane to isobutane decomposition catalysed by solid su peracids: Al2O3/AlCl3 and Al2O3/ZrCl4 has been studied. Detailed schem e of tile reaction including active centres evolution was used to deve lop rate equation of isobutane formation.
