Abstract
A method is described for the specific determination of norgestimate i n human serum at concentrations of 25 to 1000 pg/mL. The method is bas ed on automated high-performance liquid chromatography and on subseque nt radioimmunoassay. Validation of the method included demonstration o f low procedural blanks, recoverably of added standard and low intra- and inter-assay variability.
