The processes are considered which define, under isothermal conditions
, the structure of resistive slate of the films with the width greater
than the penetration depth lambda(perpendicular to), the shape of vol
tage-current characteristic, critical currents, hysteresises of differ
ent origin, non-linearities of dynamical mixed state and formation of
the phase slip lilies (PSL). A distribution of the pair and quasiparti
cle potentials in PSLs, interaction of the lines and peculiarities of
vortices dynamics in the charge disbalance region are also discussed.
The centers of phase, slip in narrow superconducting channels and effe
ct of microwave fields on the films also have received some attention.
The known results for HTS materials are given as well as the visual i
nformation obtained by a low-temperature laser scanning microscopy.
