Abstract
The phenomenological approach is developed to calculate the magnetores istance of bulk ferromagnets, ferrits and magnetic multilayers, caused by variation of spontaneous magnetisation modules under the influence of magnetic field. It is supposed that the magnetoresistance is due t o scattering of conduction electrons by spin waves in paraprocess, in antiparaprocess and in magnetoelectronic paraprocess of ferrits. Disti nction between magnetoresistance caused by variation of spontaneous ma gnetisation modules and that due to spill-dependent scattering is disc ussed.
