Abstract
In this paper results of bistatic scattering computations by the Integ ral Equation Method (IEM) and the Physical-Optics high-frequency appro ximation (PO) are compared with experiments. The investigations concer n three perfectly conducting test objects with dimensions of 4 lambda x 4 lambda x 2 lambda, a problematic size between both methods' areas of application. The computational results are validated by measurement s on the test objects in the millimeter-wave region (94 GHz).
