Abstract
Pseudomonas fluorescens lipase (PFL) was used as catalyst for enzymati c resolution of 1-ethoxycarbonyl-2-hydroxy-cyclohexane. The resulting ester was used for the total synthesis of the novel enantiomerically p ure 10-ethyl trinem. (C) 1997, Elsevier Science Ltd.
