Abstract
Various (R)- and (S)-1-trimethylsilyl-1-alkyn-3-ols, chiral building u nits useful for the synthesis of biologically active compounds, have b een efficiently resolved by enantioselective acetylation mediated by i mmobilized lipase PS.
