Abstract
We describe two Gases of de novo membranous glomerulopathy in the rena l allograft, with unusual histologic findings. In one patient the allo graft nephrectomy specimen showed numerous foam cells in the intima of hyperplastic arteries along with prominent features of chronic reject ion. In the other patient, prominent IgM deposits were seen in the glo merular mesangium without chronic rejection.
