Low dry storage temperature (15 weeks 5 degrees C) in combination with
low planting temperature (12-15 weeks 5 degrees C prior to greenhouse
transfer) resulted in highest rate of flowering Puschkinia bulbs and
highest rate of leaf elongation. Higher temperatures (11 degrees or 17
degrees C in the experiments) in one of both periods (dry storage or
after planting) decreased rate of flowering bulbs and leaf length.
