Rl. Shao et al., STUDIES ON THE SYNTHESES AND BIOLOGICAL-A CTIVITIES OF TRANS-CYCLOTHIOPHOSPHORYLTHIOUREAS, Gaodeng xuexiao huaxue xuebao, 16(3), 1995, pp. 391-394
Thirteen new trans-cyclothiophosphorylthiourea derivatives, R(1)R(2)NC
(S) NHR(3) (R(1) = H, alkyl; R(2) = alkyl, substituted phenyl; R(3) =
4-phenyl-5, 5-dimethyl-2-sulfo-1,3,2-dioxaphosphoranyl), were synthes
ized by the addition reaction of trans-2-isothiocyano-4-phenyl-5, 5-di
methyl-2-sulfo-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane to various amines respectively
and their structure were confirmed by means of elemental analysis, H-
1 NMR and IR. The biological activities of all new compounds were teds
ted preliminarily and the results indicate that some compounds showed
fungicidal activity and plant-growth regularity activity. In addition,
the stereochemistry of the reaction between 2-chloro-4-phenyl-5, 5-di
methyl-2-sulfo-1, 3, 2-dioxaphosphorinane and potassium thiocyanate wa
s reported for the first time.
