Abstract
The most widely used personality inventory, the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI), has been revised and expanded to address more contemporary problem areas. This article highlights the application of the MMPI-2 in college counseling, couples counseling, medical problem assessment, military applications, personnel screening programs, and its use as a measure for psychopathology research with normal-range po pulations, such as samples of older individuals.
