Abstract
A 9-year-old boy developed ischemic cardiac symptoms 1 year after he p resented with Kawasaki disease. The myocardial infarction was confirme d by the typical changes of electrocardiograms, echocardiograms, cardi ac enzymes, thallium myocardial scintigrams, and angiograms. With succ essful intravenous streptokinase therapy, he remained well during the following 4 months. (C) 1995 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
