A 71-year-old woman presented with congestive heart failure due to sev
ere mitral and tricuspid regurgitations. In addition, she had signific
ant ostial right coronary stenosis. She received radiation therapy fol
lowing left radical mastectomy for carcinoma of breast in the past. Sh
e underwent successful combined mitral valve replacement, tricuspid an
nuloplasty, and coronary artery bypass graft for radiation-induced hea
