A 7 days old female buffalo-calf was presented with the history of not
passing muconium since birth. Physical examination revealed patent an
al opening. Oral barium sulphate followed by serial radiographs only o
utlined the abomasum. The barium meal did not pass beyond abomasum by
two hours of feeding barium meal. Hence, the case was tentatively diag
nosed as complete pyloric stenosis.
