Abstract
We describe a case of localized macronodular tuberculosis of the liver , the so-called hepatic tuberculoma. Liver US scan demonstrated an hyp oechoic well-delineated lesion of the left liver robe. Liver CT scan d emonstrated a hypodense lesion before and after contrast enhancement. Liver MR scan demonstrated a lesion hypointense to liver on T1-weighte d images and isointense to liver on T2-weighted images.
