Abstract
This study concerns with treatment of polycrystalline gold surface wit h square wave potential program to enhance the signal of electrochemic al oxidation of glucose. After such perturbation the glucose oxidation wave is increased almost ten times. Consequently, gold is a useful el ectrode for sensor applications.
