Abstract
The aerial part of Cynanchum caudatum afforded 10 new pregnane glycosi des which had sarcostin or deacylmetaplexigenin as the aglycone moiety . The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic m ethods and from chemical evidence.
