Abstract
A new anthocyanidin triglycoside was isolated from the scarlet flowers of Linum grandiflorum cv Scarlet Flax as a major anthocyanin. The str ucture of this pigment was determined to be delphinidin (alpha-L-rhamn opyranosyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside].
