Abstract
The structural features of the hypersurfaces of potential energy level s of tri- and decaalanine are considered. The areas of attraction of t he right alpha-helix in configurational space are studied. The results are considered in connection with the calculations of the molecular d ynamics of the disruption of the alpha-helix.
