Abstract
A new type of zirconium phosphate crystal was synthesized hydrothermal ly from non-aquous system containing fluoride ions with ethylenediamin e as the template agent, The product was characterized by several phys icochemical methods, The XRD analysis shows that ZrPO-A crystal is a n ew compound with unique structure; the SEM photograph exhibits that th e appearance of ZrPO-A crystal is flaky; the TR spectrum proves that t here are the vibrating peaks of tetrahedral PO4 in ZrPO-A crystal.
